Richard Benoit is a Microsoft Certified Professional, specializing in the installation, configuration and support of all Microsoft products with emphasis on corporate infrastructure, messaging and networking including configuration and maintenance of corporate networks. Richard is excited about the future of remote computing and his role in bring this advanced technology to the Nanaimo community. Richard has over 20 years of experience in the Computer Industry.

Suzanne Benoit is the office administrator of Signature Services. She manages the staff, inventory and generally keeps everyone on track. She is the firm's buyer and is an expert in specific requirements.

Lynda Gaffney is the bookkeeper for Signature Services. She has been in the accounting field since 1968 and has worked in Montreal, Boston, Southern California and Vancouver.
